I ran for 20 minutes to the store before it closes. I called and asked them if it was still open and they said yes. I come to the door BEFORE 7:50, and they close the door on me. I tell the man at the door that I called and the lady at the counter who was on the phone with me said it was okay, he shakes his head no. No verbal response or apology. I wave at the counter lady from the window to basically beg her to please buy ONE thing, she does the same. Mind you, they had a customer checking out so I don’t understand why I couldn’t buy ONE THING. I knew exactly where it was; I come to this store ALL. THE. TIME. For the past 10 years almost. I felt disrespected and undervalued as a customer.

I was charged for 18 items when i bought 16 i looked at my receipt and found that i was cheated I’ll be going back for a refund also found a random item i never bought

I just bought something and the girl with dyed hair and green eyes was very rude. I asked her for a bag and she said no, that they don’t give bags there. Very, very rude. Customer service shouldn’t be like that. I’m not going back anymore.

Be careful, people. I have cancer. I am unemployed, undergoing treatment. I bought a wig in this store, but when trying it on, they gave me a wig from the display case, and when buying, they gave me a new one in the package, and did not let me open it and try it on. Only after the purchase. They promised the same wig and the same size, but it turned out to be big. I came the next day, but the manager refused to exchange it for a different size and return the money. Although it was only a night, and I had a receipt. I advise the management to contact me and compensate for the damage. I think I was deceived. I also have a receipt for trying on wigs in the store. My mistake was that after buying, I did not try on the wig, but left satisfied, believing the store employee. I was in this store for the first time. A very terrible impression of the store remained. Now I bought a wig made of natural hair in another store for only $ 34. And now I think to return to my new store and buy a couple more wigs. You can not build a business on someone else's grief and tears.

They had EVERYTHING I was looking for! I’ve been to plenty of beauty supplies in NYC and this one is by far one of the best. And they’ve got a point system! For every 100 points you earn $5. They have so much weave and jumbo satin bonnets. They even have jumbo hair nets!! They also have skincare and oils of all sorts. Even some k-beauty stuff. This place is huge, and it’s not even a chain. For makeup brands they’ve got Nicka K, Absolut, LA Girl, a whole bunch of NYX, and a few other brands I haven’t heard of. The GiGi waxing line is also offered here. If you’re a curly girl with big hair this is a place in the Rego Park, Queens area you can depend on. prices here are pretty good compared to others.
